My experience at the Hilton Galveston Island Resort was mixed. I loved the prime location right across from the beach and close to various restaurants. However, I encountered some issues with the service that didn't meet my expectations. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, but there were some maintenance problems that affected my stay overall.

The pool was a great spot to unwind, even though I encountered some unpleasantness with a hot tub chemical issue.
